What is CrossFit Express?

Our CrossFit Express class will be 45 minutes. It will be slightly different than our regular CrossFit classes. You will be doing the same workout but some days may be shortened.

Example:

Instead of a 15 minute warm up, you will do a 7 minute warm up.

Instead of a 15 minute AMRAP, you will do a 10-12 minute AMRAP.

Instead of a 5X5 deadlift, you will do a 3X5 or 5X3 or a 5X5 with shortened rest.
