Our Teen Strength and Conditioning Program is for teenagers from 13-17 of all fitness levels. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-7:30pm. 1-2x per week membership options are available.

Our focus during this program is to introduce power lifting, Olympic lifting, and interval training to teenagers. If your child or someone you may know is interested in this program, please reach out to info@mission-fitness.com.
