Daily Workouts

1-14-2021

Every 90 seconds for 15 minutes 2 power cleans + 2 front squats(building) 4 rounds- Run 400m 5 Sandbag over shoulder 15 Wall balls

1-13-2021

5 rounds for time- 16 Push press 10 Burpees 4 RMU/ ring dips 400/350m ski(use rower as scale)
