40 DB hang snatch (Rx 50/35#, SC 35/25#)
Alternate DB snatch after 5 reps example: 5 left, 5 right, 5 left etc…
Mobility (No Measure)
1 min lat foam roll
1 min calf stretches against wall (each side)
1 min foam roll upper back
