Buy In 600 meter Pumpkin Run together (20/14 pumpkin weight)
Then AMRAP remaining time
30 Partner Deadlifts(2 work 2 rest)
30 Synchro Pushups (2 work 2 rest)
30 Synchro Plank claps(2 work 2 rest)
30 Synchro Russian KB swings(2 work 2 rest)
Deadlift weights(male/male 315 female/female 205 male/female 265)
Two work synchro at a time and two rest at a time. Can be split
anyway you want with the exception of the run. All 4 members run
at the same time.
